Overview
We were engaged by one of Australia’s leading relationship coaches to provide high ticket sales closers to sell his coaching programs and solutions.
Our clients' service had a value of $4500 for his core coaching program.
In the first 3 months of the campaign, we secured and confirmed 31 new clients worth $142,281.00 for our client.
We have worked with the client to systemize his sales and marketing process as well as advise him to increase his core offer to $6500.00.
The client (at time of writing) is now on forecast for $150,000.00 per month as of Feb 2022
The Problem
Our client would generate between 10-15 appointments per day through their various social media platforms and had been struggling to sell 1 program every 2-3 weeks.
The relationship coach has a significant social media presence and audience and his skill set revolved around his core coaching as opposed to selling.
He had grown a solid business and had grown to the point where he was spending more time selling his solution as opposed to fulfilling his solution.
He also was not taking advantage of a best practice lead qualification process, digital sales funnel and sales and marketing automation. In short, the whole process was very manual and not taking advantage of experts in each field giving him the opportunity to grow his business and focus on his core expertise.
